Damage-control strongbacks sized to the pipe actually in front of you — including bends, weld beads and full sleeves.

Blank Forge

Circular blanks and blind plates. Pick an ASME B16.5 flange or type measured numbers, and it builds the plate and its bolt pattern.

  • ASME B16.5 Class 150 / 300 / 600 presets, or fully custom
  • Bolt circle, hole count, hole size and clearance; pattern rotation
  • Optional centre hole, edge and bolt-hole chamfers, index notch
  • Paddle handle with a tag hole, so the blank is visible and accountable

FME Cover Forge

Caps for open pipe ends — press-fit or threaded — so nothing gets into a system while it is opened up.

  • Press fit with crush ribs that grip a range of real pipe ODs

Replacement knobs and control handles for any shaft. Round, teardrop selector, oval or bar in plan.

Adapter Forge

Two-sided hose and pipe adapters — pick a thread or a barb for each end independently, and it builds the fitting between them.

  • Each end independent: NPT male/female, UN male/female, hose barb, plain tube
  • Real NPT taper on both external and internal threads
  • Hex wrench flats, through bore, per-end lengths and barb counts
  • Burst estimate on the thinnest section — and a blunt note on how these fail

Handwheel Forge

Spoked valve handwheels with the valve name engraved round the rim, the way etched plastisol reads.

  • 2–10 spokes, dished or flat, rounded rim section
  • Square broach, round, hex, keyed or D-flat stem fitting
  • Hex recess for the stem nut

Do not install a printed part on any pressurised, energised, hot, or safety-related system. Have any such application reviewed and approved through the appropriate engineering authority first.
